Services

Next Step Sales Solutions provides consulting, guidance, and support related to sales process development, outreach systems, lead generation support, CRM guidance, follow-up strategy, pipeline improvement, and related business growth services.

Section 2

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, appointments, leads, closed deals, or business outcomes of any kind. Results depend entirely on your business, your market, your execution, and your consistency.

Consulting, guidance, and support are provided based on best practices and experience. Nothing we provide constitutes a promise or guarantee of income, revenue, growth, or business success. Past results shown as examples are not a guarantee of future performance.

Section 3

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription services are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period until you cancel.

You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We do not issue refunds or credits for billing cycles that have already started, including cases where you forgot to cancel.

Pricing and service levels may change. You will be notified of material pricing changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Section 4

Trial Offers

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once billing begins, all purchases are final.

Section 5

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by product type. Submit refund requests to info@nextstepsalessolutions.com within the windows stated below. We respond within 3 business days.

5.1 Digital Downloads -- No Refunds

The $5.99 Pipeline Starter Playbook and the $17.99 Custom Industry Playbook are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is immediate and the product is fully delivered at checkout, all sales of digital downloads are final.

5.2 Async Services -- No Refunds After Delivery

The Outreach Audit ($49) is delivered within 24 hours via Loom video. Once we have sent the audit, the service is fully rendered and no refund will be issued. If we fail to deliver within 5 business days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

5.3 Setup Fees -- 7-Day Grace Before Work Begins

Full Service setup ($2,500) is refundable in full if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase AND before any onboarding session, build work, or system configuration has begun. Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Monthly Subscriptions -- Cancel Anytime

Pipeline Partner ($89/month after 10-day trial) and Full Service (Starting at $297/month) renew monthly. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@nextstepsalessolutions.com or through your client portal. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months already billed.

5.5 24-Hour Goodwill Grace

Notwithstanding sections 5.1 through 5.4 above, if you contact info@nextstepsalessolutions.com within 24 hours of purchase AND you have not consumed substantial value (downloaded the playbook content, received the audit, scheduled the onboarding session, or started any build work), we will issue a full refund as a goodwill gesture. This grace period does not apply to monthly subscription renewals already processed for completed billing cycles.

5.6 Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@nextstepsalessolutions.com. We will work to resolve any issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in service suspension and account closure.

Section 6

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for all implementation, business decisions, outreach execution, follow-up, ad spend, and sales activity within your business. Results are a direct product of your own effort and execution.

NSSS provides two service types depending on tier:

Advisory tiers (Pipeline Starter Playbook, Custom Industry Playbook, Outreach Audit, Pipeline Partner): NSSS provides guidance, scripts, reviews, and support. Client is responsible for execution. NSSS is not responsible for actions Client takes or does not take based on guidance provided.

Build-and-deploy tiers (Full Service Pipeline System, $2,500 setup + Starting at $297/month): NSSS builds, deploys, and maintains a configured pipeline system on Client's behalf, including site, lead capture, automated follow-up, AI phone agent (where elected), CRM pipeline, and reporting. Specific deliverables and ongoing maintenance scope are documented in the Service Agreement signed at engagement start.

Beyond the deliverables documented in the Service Agreement, NSSS does not assume liability for business outcomes, revenue, or results. Client is responsible for the underlying business and for compliant use of any installed system.

Section 7

Communication and Support

Support may be provided through group office hours, scheduled calls, email, or other approved channels depending on the plan purchased.

Section 8

Scheduling and Availability

Calls, support sessions, office hours, and consulting availability may vary by service tier. Missed calls or unused support time do not create refunds or credits unless stated otherwise.

Section 9A

Independent Contractor Status

Next Step Sales Solutions and its principals operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between you and Next Step Sales Solutions.

We are not your employee, co-founder, business partner, or representative. We do not act on your behalf, make decisions for your business, or assume liability for business outcomes. All guidance and support is provided in an advisory capacity only.

Section 9B

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Step Sales Solutions and its principals, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

This includes but is not limited to: lost revenue, lost opportunities, ad spend losses, missed leads, business interruption, pipeline failures, deal losses, reputation harm, or any other business performance outcome related to the use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Section 10

Changes to Services and Terms

We may update these Terms of Service, pricing, offers, or service structure at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the current version.
