- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card data)
- Business information you share during consulting sessions, intake forms, or quiz responses
- SMS messages you send to or receive from our toll-free number when you opt in
- Voice call audio and AI-generated transcripts where applicable to Full Service installations (recordings retained only for quality and training purposes)
- Website usage data (pages visited, time on page) collected through analytics cookies
- Communications you send us via email or contact forms

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party platforms to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS and voice messaging infrastructure
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI processing for SMS auto-replies and quiz personalization
- Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions
- Google (GA4) — website analytics
- Meta (Pixel) — conversion tracking
- Zapier — lead routing and webhook processing
- Calendly — scheduling and call booking
- YouTube — content distribution
- LinkedIn — professional networking
For Full Service installations, additional third-party processors may be used (CRM, AI voice, automation platforms). The specific list will be disclosed in your Service Agreement.
Section 3A
SMS and Messaging Consent
When you opt in to SMS messaging at nextstepsalessolutions.com/sms-opt-in or by texting our toll-free number, you consent to receive automated and AI-assisted text messages from Next Step Sales Solutions (NSSS).
- Message frequency: Varies based on your conversation. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. NSSS does not charge for SMS.
- Help: Reply HELP at any time, or email info@nextstepsalessolutions.com.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- AI processing: Inbound and outbound SMS may be processed by AI assistants (Anthropic / OpenAI) to qualify inquiries and generate responses. Conversation logs are retained for quality and training purposes.
- Sharing: Your phone number and SMS conversation content are used only to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
Section 3B
AI Voice and Call Recording (Full Service Clients)
Full Service installations may include an AI phone agent that answers inbound calls on the client's business number. When this is configured:
- Callers will hear a disclosure that the call may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded for quality.
- Call audio and transcripts are stored only for the period required to deliver and maintain the service.
- AI voice cloning, where used, requires explicit written consent from the voice owner before configuration.
- All AI voice and recording features comply with applicable state two-party consent laws and FCC rules in effect at time of activation.
If you are a caller and do not wish to be recorded or to interact with an AI assistant, you may end the call at any time and request human contact via email at info@nextstepsalessolutions.com.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@nextstepsalessolutions.com.

Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies for functionality and analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or sell cookie data to third parties.
