Quick read: $99/month for a fully managed basic website (Home, About, Contact, Quote/Order, Privacy) with lead capture wired in. No contracts. Cancel anytime. 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your live date. If we register a domain for you, ownership transfers after 12 consecutive paid months.
A. What's Included ($99/Month)
- Branded basic website with sections for Home, About, Contact, Quote/Order form, and Privacy
- Hosting, SSL, mobile-responsive design
- Click-to-call + click-to-text wiring
- Contact form with email notifications
- Basic SEO + 1–2 monthly content updates
- Site hosted on your custom domain (yours or one NSSS registered for you)
- Email support (24-hour response target)
B. Domain Ownership
Three paths, chosen at signup:
1. You Bring Your Existing Domain
You own it before, during, and after. NSSS just points to it. $0 to NSSS.
2. NSSS Picks a Domain For You
NSSS researches top 5 options matching your brand. You pick one. NSSS registers (≤$15/yr). One-time $25 charge via Stripe (covers registration + admin). NSSS owns the domain.
- After 12 months of continuous paid subscription, ownership transfers to you.
- If you cancel before 12 months, the domain stays with NSSS.
- Subscription pause or cancellation resets the 12-month counter.
3. You Want to Own a Specific Domain
You purchase it yourself at your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and point it to NSSS hosting. You own it.
Domain transparency: If NSSS registers a domain for you, NSSS retains ownership until you complete 12 consecutive paid months of subscription. Want full ownership from day 1? Bring your own domain — it's free with the subscription.
C. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in your Stripe account or by email to info@nextstepsalessolutions.com.
- Service runs to the end of your current billing period.
- Site goes offline at the end of that period.
- Content you provided (text, photos) is exportable within 30 days of cancellation.
D. Refund Policy
- 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your site's LIVE date.
- Within 7 days of going live, full refund — no questions.
- If you cancel BEFORE your site goes live, 100% refund (we hadn't built yet).
- After 7 days from go-live, no refund. Subscription runs to end of billing period.
E. Founding Customer Promotion (Optional — First 10 Customers Only)
Get your first month FREE ($99 value) in exchange for:
- Featuring your business as a case study on the NSSS marketing site
- Allowing NSSS to use your logo + business name on our homepage / case study page
- Providing a 50–100 word quote about your experience
Conditions:
- Limited to the first 10 Website Starter customers. Once 10 customers have claimed the offer, it closes.
- 90-day subscription commitment required. You agree to remain subscribed for at least 90 days from your start date ($99 charged months 2 and 3 — total $198 paid beyond the free first month). Cancellations before the 90-day commitment period ends are a breach of the case study agreement and forfeit your Founding Customer status.
- After the 90-day commitment period ends, you may cancel anytime under the standard Cancellation terms (Section C).
- NSSS reserves the right to decline case study features at our discretion
- Usage rights granted during subscription + 12 months after cancellation
- One-time only — cannot be claimed twice
F. Add-Ons (Priced Individually)
The following are not included in the $99/month base subscription. Pricing discussed during onboarding:
- Spanish translation
- Google Business Profile setup or cleanup
- HubSpot lead capture integration
- GA4 tracking setup
- Additional pages beyond 1
- Logo design
- Custom photo / brand work
- Premium domain registration (over $15/yr)
G. High-Level Package (Separate Service)
The High-Level Package ($997 setup + $297/month) is a separate service with its own scope and terms. The Lead Engine dashboard, triage rules, and drafted replies are built by NSSS for the customer to operate day-to-day. The $297/month covers hosting, dashboard access, email support, and a monthly tune-up call. Contact info@nextstepsalessolutions.com for full High-Level terms.
