Jeff Luiz has spent more than a decade building and running revenue systems in enterprise B2B -- across supply chain software, freight brokerage, logistics, and transportation management. Not advising on them. Building them from scratch, running them under quota pressure, and fixing them when they broke.

I led SDR teams across North America and EMEA. I managed a team of up to 22 account executives at one of the largest freight brokerages in the world. I drove over $3M+ ARR in a single role through strategic prospecting and new business acquisition. From there I went on to manage tens of millions in cumulative sales pipeline — overseeing pipeline health, CRM structure, outreach cadence, and forecast integrity across international markets.

His tools are not theory. As a Sales Development Manager, he built the outreach architecture. As a Marketing Operations Manager, he managed the full technology stack — lead scoring, data governance, and campaign automation from technical execution through ROI reporting.
