Social Service Terms

Plain-language summary of how the Social Posting service works. These terms apply to the Social Posting plan.

1. The service

NSSS creates and publishes social media content on your behalf: 12 posts and 1 short video per month on Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile, for $99/month, or $148/month together with the $49/month website. Posting does not include paid ad management or ad spend.

2. Fees & billing

Fees are billed in advance — monthly on your signup date, or annually for annual plans.
Annual plans are billed up front and include 2 months free (priced at 10× the monthly rate).
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
A one-time setup fee may apply and is non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Results

Posting keeps your pages active. Results depend on your market and your business, and NSSS does not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, or results.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide, in a timely manner, access to your social accounts, brand assets (logo, photos), your service area, website/analytics access where applicable, and content approvals where required. Delays may delay posting. You remain the owner of your accounts and content.

5. Authorization & AI content

By subscribing you authorize NSSS to publish to the accounts you connect and, on Pro, to create and manage ad campaigns within the capped budget. Some content is produced with AI tools and disclosed where platforms require it. Any use of your likeness (AI Avatar Video) requires a separate signed likeness/consent release.

6. Term & cancellation

Month-to-month plans may be cancelled with notice before the next billing date; posting stops at the end of the paid period. Annual plans run 12 months; cancellation before term end forfeits remaining prepaid months unless otherwise agreed. Already-rendered ad spend and completed work are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." NSSS does not guarantee specific business outcomes, reach, engagement, or revenue, and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSSS's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior one (1) month.
